OT- Tree Plow

This is what happens when you park a Case 2 bottom plow next to sapling in 1973, and leave it for all these years! Paid $20 for it, used it once to plow out a drainage ditch. Plan is to cut off the tree above and below, use it for a threshing show display.

Tree looks to be a Box Elder? If that's the case, then I have a grain drill in one off them, and part of a truck grown into another . Those things grow like weeds just about everyplace.

I thought it looked like box elder also. Just cut off the tree and leave it sit out in the weather for a couple more years. The wood will just rot right off it!

Looks like ya need a big box of those African termites with the terminix guy handy, to keep em contained till they get it out

After 37 years, what"s couple more? Always joked about the plow being the only thing that wasn"t mortgaged!

Don't need the wood, but "wood" love to have the plow! That is just like the 2-14 case plow that I acquired this farming addiction from. My Dad always growled that you can't plow straight looking backwards. Thanks for the picture. Dale
