I don't know if this is true. I heard that the tractors were in the Red River Valley in MN. They were parked there overnight and a big rain storm came in.

European? None of those look European to me. Especially the Deere in the irrigation canal. That one looks like California. The rest could be North Dakota or any of the Plains states.

I had read somewhere that the Stieger was due to a malfunction in the ignition systems, wire shorted and started up by itself . Dunno,,
