I work about 200 meters from a soccer stadium (outdoor). As I was coming to work it was filling for a game and there have been weather warnings all day. Now, thunder , lightning, winds, and golfball size hail and they are still playing and cheering. Whole area smells like bratwurst, chicken, and ham hocks (only things I like or know about a soccer game :roll: )

Yep....darn Europe people always have to be better than the english........took a yard and had to add 3 inches to it.......couldn't leave well enough alone....... :D
 

I still use an inch ruler/tape measure when working around the place and convert when I need to go buy something. Have most of the conversion in my head and wife just refuses to "figger it out" Drives me nuts when she starts looking at rugs and curtains in a JC Penny catalog.

Guess that's OK if you've got a tape that measures in hundredths of an inch. All of mine are in sixteenths.
