Here's our small garden and my wife's Earth boxes with Blue Lake bush beans and they're blooming and cukes.

We have about 15 tomatoes, blue lake bush beans, pole lima beans, green pepppers and more cukes in the garden. Grew all the plants from seed.
There's 4 rows of the blue lake beans only 2 are up. Should be enough for 2 of us.

PS: I have it rabbit proofed and groundhog proofed with the fencing.

Nice looking garden and real nice pictures. So much better than what the mooch puts on here. Keep up the good work.
 
I put the coffee cans around the plants to protect them from the wind until they get some size. I have them over the pole lima's to keep the rabbits and groundhogs off them until they they start to climb the poles. Hal
 
Oh, so they act a little like grow tubes that I use on new grape vines and tree seedlings. Grow tubes are plastic and cost about .85 each and are 3 feet tall. They protect the plant from wind, and have some insulation value to raise the temp slightly and get them going faster in the spring.
