Hi Guys. maybe 2 of a kind! Only know of two made, and the other one was converted back to a 5610. They were used at a race track in Ca. i think we will leave this as is. The other tractor we got from a track in Mi. is a Super 55 Oliver, yellow, and green, and the only thing it had was a horse and sulky on the hood! The tractor is still in Ca. and I''ll wait to get a truck load, or back haul. Stock rear tires will have to be installed to ship. Anyone have any info on something like this? Thanks Bobmn

They must want really low ground pressure. I notice that the lugs have been trimmed off the sides of the front tire. I'm guessing to make steering easier without digging in. Dave
 
I saw 3 of these tractors at Wengers in Myerstown, Pa., and I had to ask what they were used for. Same thing to work on race tracks. These were Fords TW5 .
 
Hello Guys; Ok thanks for the info...This was used ar the old Bay
Meadows race track by San Fran. The 3pt is a lot beefer than
stock. Don't know what they used the level thje track. This tractor
is very low hours, been well serviced and parked inside. We will
take it to some close shows, and what? blow snow, or rake hay, or
float across the swamps up here!!! Thanks Bobmn
 
I live just outside the back stretch of Belmont race track in N.Y. They have 3 of this type tractors. they are used to groom the track when it is sloppy from heavy rain. the contact patch is much lighter than the standard John Deeres that are used when the track is dry. They usually pull large heavy steel plates to seal the track to drive the water out of the dirt. This is also done after the days racing to keep the soft sand cushion from blowing away over night. I usually go to watch the tractors, not the horses.
