small tractor tire tubes pinching

When those small front wheels are "pinching" the tubes, what is the best remedy for that? I have thought about sanding or sandblasting the rims. I have thought about using plastic tape around the rim and inside the tire wall also. Or where do you even get new rims for a small tractor?

Pinching if the tube is the correct size and kept aired up like they should be there is no way for them to get pinched. Now if you run them low on air and mounted the wrong yep they can get pinched if the correct size. That said if the inside of the rim is ruff then yes you need to clean them up and paint them. You can also use baby powder etc to help so the tube will slide around in side better

May rims are for tubeless application and have welding BB's and other thing on the rim that can puncture a tube. Try wraping the rim with Red Green's Favorate Tool, DUCT TAPE. Years ago I was working on a new tire for my dirt bike. The pieceof rubber that went over the spoke nut was bad. I needed a new one. Went to a bike shop and I was told they had not been made in years. DUCT TAPE was the replacement.

As said here if the tubes are the correct size and aired up and mounted properly it is not possible for this to happen. Perhaps they are the wrong size tubes and you aren't aware of it.

There was a reason that man invented tubeless tires and wheels. You just found it...
If you have sealed, welded wheels, clean the beads down with a wire brush, grinder, hammer, etc. Whatever it takes to get the wheel clean. File the rust out of the valve stem hole. Paint the wheel. Install a new tubeless valve stem with lots of bead sealer, then lots of bead sealer on the tire...
Inflate. Assuming the tire is good, the problem should be solved...

I had these rims sandblasted and I used epoxy primer and Martin Senour's acrylic enamel. I put tubes in them too. Most of the large tire dealships have rims for trctors or can get them. Hal
