We have been building fence on a pasture we have rented for next year. The land owner is a friend and a neighbor. It has been very warm but we are just about done now.

Well thats what weve been up to here. Wrigley is sleeping at my feet after a hard day.

Looking good Bill:
You sure got a lot more done than I did this week/month!
Got the combine ready yet? Looks like your corn might be ready right after the Yates City pull/festival. Assume the Travis X 2 will be there!
Keep the pictures coming as we prolly don't need to watch the Cubs anymore.

Jim

PS: Assume the Howell's and glennster didn't make it in time for the rodeo and Bar-B-Que.

love the pics, please keep 'em commming, dont suppose you have a sound recording of that 1206 under a good load do you?

nice pics bill, looks like you have a handle on everything!!. if you need kruser to hoe beans for ya, or shovel out the steer shed, i'll send you the hat with the budweiser taped to it. just stick it on his head, hand him a hoe, and away he goes!! how many bushel is the new bin?

Nice looking cattle and machinery, both well cared for. You must be eating your wheaties the way that brace post looks, those wires must be bancho string tight. :)

What kind of wood do you use for the posts?

Used to be all cedar split posts around here, lasted very well, but now that the old growth is gone, it all those little round green things. Not very esthetic, but work OK.

Nice pics.

They are 'fly tags' to keep the flys and bugs away, especially around the eyes. They have some type of bug dope on them, but I couldn't tell you what
