Nice looking Ford tractor.

Nothing wrong with those front tires; look better than the ones on my car.

Did you do the paint?

Nice job!

Thanks for sharing your photos with us.

no, i didnt paint this one. he did the paintwork with farm and fleet alkyd enamel. came out nice. tractor is always shedded in a heated shop. this one was converted to a 6 cylinder by funk aircraft of coffeyville kansas. has about 65 hp on the dyno. one snotty little rascal!!!

Did you ever see that one that shows up at shows in the Indiana area with the V12 out of a Lincoln Zephyr? Now THAT"S a sweet looking little Ford!

Glenster,
Joe and Howard Funk did build airplanes but made it big building transmissions for tractors. John Deere now owns the transmission factory. Big shop. I interviewed for a job with Howard many years ago.... should of accepted the job. But, at that time they weren't that big. Retired now and live about 15 miles from their factory.

A really sweet looking machine----except for one thing. Why does anyone take the time to make a tractor, car, truck, or whatever look so great and then leave it with one glaring fault?

That one needs a clean battery or a new battery to put it in show condition.

Few years ago I saw an Ebay ad for a Chevy pug nose truck (cab over) that had been refurbished to the point of it selling for around $40,000. The flaw/fault on that one? The guy needed to spend about $5 for clutch and brake pedal pads as they were missing. Otherwise an excellent looking truck.

Just my rant, but if you are going to do it, do it well when just a few extra dollars would take care of the issue.

that isnt the battery for the tractor, just one to get it to the tire shop. he has a tar top battery for it for the shows.

fellow up the road from me has one like that with the hi-lo shift...hasn't run in 15yrs. but is complete ...asking $2500...didn't know if it is worth it or not...
