thank you for mentioning green salsa., I made a batch and my daughter really likes it. There is a Mexican food place close to us here called Moes. She said the green salsa I made tastes just like the one at Moes. thanks again. , larry

Well hey I was taught waste not want not so when ever I grow something etc I do my best to can it freeze it or in some way help others by giving it to them. I probably feed other people about 10% out of my garden if not more. I have trained giania (sp) pigs so they can taste things I can etc and that way I know how it works out. Only problem is some times they come back for more like my Jalapeno jelly

Guess I went over your head on this one LOL Guinea pigs as in people or person who try things I cook/can to judge how good or bad they are so I have an idea if I should keep fixing them or not. I am an amateur chief so I need feed back as to things I cook and can but then maybe you do not see the point of this and what Larry started off with

I like those guine pigs to,usually they is one of my children. If it's real bad I try to get my wife to sample, gives for lots of action some days.

Wife & I are travelling thru the west and I had a had a burrito in the Sand Hills area of Nebraska with a green chile sauce. Absolutely delicious! Lots better than the tomato based salsa I'm used to. Maybe someone has a recipe for it.
