We woke up to +6 degrees here in the TX Panhandle. We aren't used this around here. It was nearly +60 degrees yesterday afternoon. How is it where you are?

Was -14 when I got up at 0600 this morning in NW Colorado. May go back to bed because ain't nuthin' goin' to work today!

-5, with a cold wind, lots of ice from the pouring rain on Thursday, about 1/4 inch of sleet from last night. East central MN.

54º on my mountain and the snow's mostly melted, at 8 AM when I left to get a load of marble slabs. 50 bucks, and I have to make a second trip for the 44x72 slabs. Gotta wait for my deer guys to come out of the woods to help me unload.

HNY everybody.

+9 and sunny in eastern Nebraska. Supposeta get to 19 today and 31 tomorrow.

Light dusting of snow on the ground, less than an inch. Can't complain; this time last year we'd been up to our rumps in show since early October.

Bright sunny skies, 19 degrees ....7 degree windchill, 12 miles north of Joplin, MO. I'd be a thinking someone in Kansas City left their freezer door open all night! Thank the good Lord for Buck Stoves!

And here, it would normally be 43 and raining- but 15 this morning, and clear. In usually gray western Washington.

I can remember one year in the mid 80's when it didn't get above zero for 21 days there in Dimmitt. It can get cold there.

Crazy weather, its 51 here in NY, last 3 weeks we in the 20s for high and teens for lows. Its nice to have the warm weather, but then comes back the mud!

I just responded to GBMT"s fussing about temps where he was . Here in sunny southeastern VA. at 12:15 EST, it"s 57.5 degrees and still warming! It"s making the ground a wet mess, but I don"t care. I"ve burned almost 3/4 of a 275 gallon tank of #2 oil since 11-27-10 trying to stay comfy in a 125 year old farm house. We"re going to be visiting Lowe"s to get some more insulation, etc. soon to try and save some money.

Me too, Im gald to have put the brakes on my wood burning a bit. Fueling 2 wood stoves 24/7 all winter uses up the wood? At least it saves me from useing my back up oil. lol.

I was out shoveling snow for over an hour, 4 degrees and lots of wind. I wore just thermal underwear bibs and a wool shirt. But stting in that cab of the brand new Farmall 95 I had to crack a window open, too hot.:)
