Anyone know where to look for the block heater cord on a Bobcat 753 skid loader.I looked all over the rear of the engine and can't find anything.Thanks.

These weren't on the 753 when it left the factory, unless it was ordered in the original deal. Which means YOU have to do the deed and install one yourself,Like we did on the 722. Easy install by the way. Luck LOU

If it's a kubota engine, the block heater goes in the back of the cylinder head(flywheel side) in place of a frost plug. Pretty easy to install with the engine sideways in a 753. Philips and Temro make a 600 watt block heater for Kubota's. They have to be orientated the right way but it tells you that in the instructions. I picked one up, to replace a burn't out one, at an industrial supply for $25. Dave

If you do have to install one, just measure the freeze plug hole, and order a heater, complete from amazon, or Ebay, there are quite a few being made. Most likely metric, for reference, just got a 40MM for $13.85, off Ebay. All you have to do is drain the AF, and take a punch and tap the freeze plug, till it tilts sideways in the hole, then grab it with a big pair of channel-locks, and pull the plug out.
