oil around spark plugs

My 1992 Honda Accord with 4 cylinder starts a little harder this winter so I changed the spark plugs. That didn't help it to start easier but there was quite a bit of engine oil around each old plug when I took them out. It has 160,000 miles on it and it does leak some engine oil down along the side of the engine. Should I be concerned about the oil around the plugs? Over the years I've replaced the timing belt, water pump, radiator, and alternator, and plan on keeping it for a few more years. I appreciate any help you can give me.

If the Plugs, themselves were clean on the Gap.. It has to be coming from the outside somewhere.. otherwise You would be missing Oil from the crankcase.I vote valve cover also! Larry KF4LKU
