Horseshoes

I know this is the wrong section of horsepower but usually you guys know what is going on. Where can I get used horseshoes or horseshoes for cheap to use in my Ag shop for welding projects? Any ideas.. Thanks!

Both the shoes and the farrier can be hard to find or at least they are in my area. A lot of the good feed stores may be able to help you track down a farrier and most that I know do not keep the old shoes they leave them behind with the people that he is working for
 
Our local farm supply store had them the last time I was there. I used to use them to make ring puzzles for the neighborhood kids.

TSC has them.You will just have to price your product accordingly.In any case new shoes will be clean and have no edges worn sharp.

I get all my horse shoes from my horse shoer, Most of the time when he out doing our horses he will leave a 5gal bucket full. Because it is a pain in the B---- to save them for scrap.
So find a horse shoer in your area and ask him. OK: SEE YA LATER
