universal engine swap ?

Hi all , I know of a Universal 4x4 with a hole in the block . is it possible to replace the engine with something else ? I understand they are built in Romania, AND ARE QUITE EXSPENSIVE .

Sounds like a UTB,if so Long,AC and Oliver sold UTB built tractors and the engines will interchange.How many cylinders is the tractor?

Can hardly give away a running Universal here. Maybe cheaper to purchase another tractor.I know of one rusting in the weeds near here.
