Great story!!! My 43' was used on my grandfathers farm. He and my dad farmed 120 acres for ever with two H's. One of them was traded in for a 340 in 60'. That was used for most of the plowing becuase it could pull 3-16's. The H I have I traded many winters of cutting firewood for my grandpa. That was when I was 14. I learned to drive on that old tractor when I was 6 and grew to love it like nothing else. When I was 16 I completely restored and overhualed it with out my grandpa knowing about it. I put duals on it and gave it back to my granpa for his 69th birthday. I had never seen him cry before that day. He passed away a couple of years ago and I still have that H. I also bought back the tractor he sold just before he died. Of the tractors I have 3 will never be sold. They are the three He had as I grew up and rode on as a child while he plowed planted and cultivated. He instilled a sense of pride and caring in me for the land and for the outdoors in general. The Old H is The tractor that reminds me of him the most and will always be well taken care of.
