Man, Iv thought of doing this myself, but I dont see it as a money maker either. However, have you ever heard of a tractor restoration buisness called "N complete"? All they work on is just the little ford 9-N, 2-N, and 8-N ford tractors. If you do decide to get into the tractor restoration field, then specialize in one make of tractor. Once you know and understand a particular brand of tractor and how its put together, then you could get to the point where you could restore one pretty fast. Trying to restore everything that comes in the door gets expensive fast. Special tools, repair manuals, etc; I think it could be done, but only after youve built a name for your self and become more known. Contact the guys at N complete and see what words of wisdom they have to offer. Just my 2 cents as well. Steve T
