International 2444 Questions

Does anyone know if a PTO can easily be added to a 2444. I'm not sure if this machine is equipt with. On the back of the machine, below the 3 pt lift cylinder there is a trianguler plate bolted on. Does this cover a female splined hole, that I just have to add a shaft? The machine has a bucket and came with turf tires. Did they make these machines without PTO provisions? And if so is it a headache to add one.... Thanks Steve
