I useually pack the front wheel bearings when I paint a Farmall. So, I remove the wheel from the tractor, remove tire and rim. Then I paint the wheel. Then I paint the rim. After the paint drys good, I bolt the rim and tire back on the wheel and remount the wheel, rim and tire back on the spindle. No paint touch up has to be done if you do it this way.
