I have two friends who are in wheel chairs. One farms. Both have hand controls in everything they operate - cars, trucks, tractors, and a combine. The one who farms has lifts to assist him getting on the equipment. I believe a federal grant supplied money for those. The hand controls were designed and built by Royal Weber who owns Webber Welding in Nokomis, IL. Sounds like you need a tractor that is low to the ground, and the old standard treads would fit the bill fine, especially JD D, Case LA and 500 models. The platforms are low to the ground, all have hand clutches and, except for the 500, may have lever brake controls. Food for thought.
