i think i understand what surging is, but what is the culprit? are the aftermarket governers that sensitive that they detect the slightest amount of load then over compensate? or is it somthing else? i think i may start pulling it at a few local events but mainly for fun. the stock rebuild sounds like it is the way to go since this is the main tractor of a small farm and all that trouble may not be worth the extra power. can a stock governer be set up to perform almost as well as the aftermarket ones? thanks guys
