Super M engine swap

Just acquired a LPG Super M in very bad shape. Radiator missing, exhaust uncovered for years, rain filled motor and rusted completely through the inspection panel on the side of the engine. I don't know why it was abandoned in the first place. Any "easy" engine swaps for this model? Jim Becker, your thoughts?
