Have you ever thought of one of those hidden camera's? That might be the way to go. Get them on tape. If you are not there all the time and they know that, your security light isn't going to help much. They will soon know that it comes on even when you are gone. It may add some lighting for the hidden camera though, so it might work good in conjunction with that. I wouldn't put up with that for a minute. What neighborhood do you live in anyway? Maybe it is just one batch of neighbors but if I lived in a neighborhood full of those kind of people I would consider moveing.
