I've seen vendors with reproduction fan assemblies at shows. I believe they run around $75. They have sealed ball bearings. They will not last as long as the original ones, many of which are still in service and in good condition (provided someone kept oil in the hub) after 50 plus years. It's not hard to take the old ones apart and investigate what needs to be done. I'd dissassemble, inspect and then determine what to do.
