I think a late(51-52) M with all the right things, such as fenders positioned near the wheels with about 3 sets of weights on the rear wheels, a single set of front weights, belt pulley, remote hydraulic set up, collector precleaner intake, and a muffler as close to original style as possible. To me this represents a tractor that looks brawny and able to do the job, well styled, with lines to suggest the ultimate in functional design, but make no mistake, pretty as it is, it is still a powerful machine, built to work! Farmall letter series tractors were really well designed-style wise and mechanically for their time. And honestly, so were some of the other brands too. Just compare the looks, the refined controls, the handling, the multiple speed ranges, and all the accessories that came with these tractors compared to the previous models.
