Scotty,If you want to know how much water is in your oil,Find a see through container drain your oil in it let it set for 8 hrs and all the water will be at the bottom of the container.If you can't find that type of container just drain the oil ,let it stand 8hrs and then pour it in another pail but go slow at the end because the water will be last,just stop when you see it.You will most always see condinsation in the oil fill spout if you just putter around with those H M MDect..It's good to use 20w oil in the colder months but I would'nt chang the type or brand of oil it might bring you unwanted problems.Good Luck Will
