Sorry my friend, I've got no idea on your 400 picker. But I've got a ques. for you; I own a 1955 400, and I'm stuck between gears, I think? How do I fix this problem??? I live in Duluth, MN, cold country. She's outside all the time, and the clutch wants to engage, but stalls everytime I let it out. The wheels are locked. I don't even have neutral, have to start it with the clutch depressed, and when I let it out, she stalls. Confused??
