Old Farmall with tree growing up through it.

Hello all, I am looking at a Farmall ( I think) that has a tree growing up through the seat. The tractor looks complete, motor is stuck, but thankfully it at least rolls. The rear wheels are spoked, and of course, all four tires are shot. Hardly a spot of paint on it. It has an unstyled front. Is it worth $10???
