Sorry to hear yours was bad..yes their store quality varied from store to store (we had 3 in our area). Usually if one didn't have what we needed another one would. I agree they were shifting their focus more toward the ag/urban customer and I hope Tractor Supply is more responsive to farm needs. Sadly, if nothing opens close by it will be tough getting some things and the city malls will never have what I need. Just my .02
