F-12 Water Tank Cover

Hello. I am restoring a 1934 Farmall F-12 an was cleaning up the water tank cover for painting and I noticed that the part no. was not the correct one. (4080D). The part no. that I have is 5913D. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this goes to. F20-F30?. Will it work? Any help would be greatly appreciated. One more thing. Is there a savlage yard in Southern/ Middle California that would carry F-12 part. THANKS. Sincerely Stevie J. Mote
