M Farmall Problems

I have a 52 s m with bad trans.and disk brake parts missing,also have 43 m with good trans.@brakes.The 264 ran great,good oil press.no smoke,43 m, engine locked up.
So I split both,put the 264 on the 43,with new clutch @ press. plate.
I"m not interested in having a trailer queen,just an extra tractor that I can use in hay fields.
Put it all back together now the engine is locked up,it"s not the starter,cain"t break it loose with a 24 inch pipe wrench@ cheater bar,and I weigh over 240#
Engine ran good the day i split it.Been inside shop the whole time,about 6 weeks, what did i do wrong, anyone ever have such a thing to happen.
Beats the heck outta me.
Any advise would be greatly apprec.Wayne
