The "black stripe" '66 series is the 1976 model, the last year of production before the '86 series. It is distinguished by a wide black stripe running along the lower edge of the hood, then up and over the top of the hood at the front. The model number is printed in white in the black stipe where it turns upward, and the word INTERNATIONAL is printed in white inside the black stripe. Mechanically, several internal modifications that were slated for the '86 series were added to the black stripes. I think the changes were mostly in the hydraulic system and 3 point hitch area.
