If you mean slide them in it is a simple chore. I loosen the 4 wedge block bolts jack tractor up just enough to get a iron digger(spud bar) under tire lift up taking a little weight of axle and push on top side of tire. You can also rock back and forth a little walking them up.If you mean turning dish and all be sure not to let it turn over on you, if loaded with fluid you should have help or a loader as they are quite heavy and will have to be completely removed from tractor to turn around. I can do this in a few minutes, but if you have never done it I assume it will take longer. It is not that big a job. This is just how I do it others may have different method.
