I would say that your problem is in the draft sencening part of the linkage or ya are having leakage in the lift cylinder . I have noway of scannen any pictures and putting them on here for you . Pull the top link plate off and look in side the rear end up at the system and see where any leakage may be comming from . Also check and look at the long arm comming up from the bottom on the right hand side and the one comming down from the top, the top one SHOULD be on the back side of the bottom one . and IF the clamp on the bottom came loose or the top on jumped over to the side or this is out of adjustment . Ya need to get a I T manual for this tractor and i know it does not have everything in it about them but it is better then worken in the dark. And since i can not make a Road Trip service call to help ya out at this time it is the best i have to offer. Oh one other thing your Drop poppet valve may be sticking .
