International 350 utility

I recently bought a international 350 utility, and I need to know how to drain and refill the hydraulic system. There is water in the oil and I do not know where to fill the hydraulic oil. I am also looking for information of converting this tractor over to a 12 volt system. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Ken
