That's really a stupid idea. theres so many other things you can do to add weight and if it's puncture proof you want check with you local army surplus store and if it as any contacts at all they can get what they call "run flats" are inserts for you tires the Army and Marines used in all battle field conditions from staff cars to large trks and all loaders which are the size you would maybe want like---34's...36's...38's...and most the trucks had 20's ..22.5's...24's...and 26's...Good Luck in your search and stay away from concrete. Just my 2 cents
