I wouldnt try the Cement unless i had an extra set of rims, The lime in the mixture eats metal dont believe me look in the cab of a Cement truck secifically a DM600 Mack. We used to have n old DM600 for hauling rubish and the lime dust ate the insides up when it was a cement truck. Ive seen conrete filled tires to that do eat the rims. I worked on an aircraft tug in my shop that had Dayton truck rims, with 5 16 thickness eaten out buy the lime in the cement.
