I would go with the I-9 stickers as anything built for another company by IH was most likely an industrial model. A couple of questions: Does it have a foot throttle? If it is running can you tell if it has a transmission brake so you can shift faster? There was also a heavy duty front axle available for the I-9, though not necessarily on one. I-9's were also available with hydralic brakes, this could be another identifying feature. The I-9's also came with a hand operated clutch.
