Dann, If I understand correctly, you're getting both tractors for around $350 and it sounds like one is in very rough shape and the other is scattered in pieces. If you bought them, you could decide which one to rebuild, using parts from the other if needed, and could possibly make some money back by selling parts that you aren't going to use. When done, you'll have a tractor that cost you $350 (less if you are able to sell some of the extra parts) plus a lot of self satisfaction by rebuilding one to replace the one your Dad left you that was lost in the fire. From the sound of things, you'll need the 2 of them to rebuild the 1. Just my thoughts, but I wouldn't pay any more than $200 for either one alone, especially considering one is in pieces. Again, that's just my 2 cents worth.. Good luck on whatever you decide to do, though.
