Did you adjust the pot metal part that sticks out of the side of the gov housing? It seems to me when I was fiddling with mine and had it adjusted too far the other way something like that would happen. I adjusted it so there was just a little pull on the spring inside the pot metal part. I do have a photo that shows the linkage, but it was taken before I got the carb put on so just remember that the position of the rods and levers is not right at that point. I will send you a few more shots. My 10-20 is sitting over a 2 hour drive from here right now and until I sell something I am too broke to go anywhere. With all the ads I put in the photo ad section, and all the emails I have answered about that stuff, I have only sold 2 small things since last Dec.First chance I get, I do need to go over there because I have to move everything out of the building there and find another place to put it.
