I purchased "A Corporate Tragedy" years ago when it was first published. I believe it was written by a business reporter for the Chicago Tribune and it is the best disection of the demise of IH anyone could want. Every IH fan should have a copy. Not to ruin the book, but it explains what happens when the marketing guys take over engineering, production and service. Kind of like a preview of the "dot-com" bust of the last year. Buy the book.
