Hal I have never come across that configuration having made a point to inspect all H's at tractor shows, I don't doubt you that the battery hold down appears factory made but wonder if it came off some other tractor. Does your H have the brackets mounted on the side where the battery box should have been?( this bracket is a two piece configuration to which the H battery box was bolted) Someone may have changed this box for a reason or I just haven't come across one like it...good luck figuring it out ...Mike in Exeter Ontario
