Oil pump primeing on H

I just piked up a 39 H that has not been started in 15 years,at that time it did run.I have giving it a good dose of oil in the plug holes and have cranked it over by hand.I have read on the a and b you have to prime the oil pump,does anybody know if this has to be done on the H and if so how it is done?Should anything else be done before I try to start it?Other than saying a prayer
