Basically the same tractor, but a few differences. The 300U was built in '55-'56, and the 350U in '57-'58 and had more options such as diesel and LPG engines available, and some other chasis variations such as Wheatlands and high-clearance versions. Traction control was also available in the 350U, and they added some white to the paint scheme. The gas engines are almost the same, but the piston diameter was increased in the 350U to 175 cubic inches, versus 169 in the 300U.
