A 4" Slab with wire will be fine. Provide a good solid base with with crushed and tamped granulated material and pour 6 1/2 sack concrete. Make sure you cut the slab in 8ft or so squares for control cracks. My 7045 weighs #15,600 and parks on this type of base reguarly with no problems. It's all in the prep work and using high strength concrete. Don't forget to get your wire up into the concrete.
