The drain for the lift all pump is on the bottom. Take the plug out and leave it for a day or two and drain out all the crud you can. Then fill it back up with oil ( you might want to use HyTran or tractor fluid because it absorbs moisture better than the recommended non detergent 30 wt). Then run it a while to circulate oil through all the parts. If you have cylinders connected, make sure they are all in the retracted position when you drain. Repeat this drain and refill until you get the water out, then refill with non detergent 30 wt oil. I would think it'll only take a couple of times to get the water purged out.
