You may want to try this but it could be that the oil bath air cleaner needs to be cleaned. My H was always hard to start and fouled up the plugs until I pulled the rubber air intake tube off of the carberator. today I just made an aluminum tube to fit over the carb/ air intake and use a piece of heavy air filter paper instead of the oil bath filter. I dont know if I will screw anything up by using a paper element.
