I have a question about an old Farmal M tractor that I bought at an auction 15 years ago. I use it for general light work around the farm. It has a small tank of maybe a gallon or two mounted behind the gas tank, with a cap on top like a gas cap. It appears like it had a line originally going down to the fuel intake of the carborator. The tractor also has shudders in front of the radiator like you could shut the air flow off completely. Was this originally designed to burn some other type of fuel like Kerosene? It all looks original factory mounted.
