I'm an IH man and hate to say it but the 203 IH was one of the poorest combines ever built. My Dad bough a one year old 1965 model in 1966 and used it one year and got rid of it. We used to have to pull the feeder chain every night and straighten the bars as they were so light they bent easily. The twin grain tanks were a joke. The ground drive clutch is out in the open and went out twice in a dry fall.Bearings were going bad all the time, etc. It did have a good little engine. We traded it for a new Gleaner E and our AC dealer got the 203 back after one years use two more times on new E Gleaners. It really made him some money. For a collectors item a 203 would be great but to use I wouldnt want one except to maybe cut 10 acres of wheat a year.
