The filler plug for hydraulics is located just in front of the unit and approximately above the throw-out brg for the clutch. Left hand side of the tractor. It is a separate reservoir contained in the tunnel right below your hydraulic unit. Does not use transmission fluid. See item 38 on page 30 of your operators manual. Also level check for differential is located at right rear (page 33, Illustration 33D). Plug is hidden behind the hitch plate bolted to housing but there is a hole in it so you can remove plug for inspection. Hope this will help, Dave
