Here is part of an answer. A cracked steering wheel in my opinion is a repair not done. Here in New Zealand we have a Selleys product called Mend It. Comes in a tube and sort of as two pot that you mix in your hand and sets like rock that you then sand to shape. Plenty of parts available throughout the world. Stephen
